RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Pelier Clothing, we believe that life is too short to hang on to tights that don't make you feel great. That's why our return policy is as easy as making a fried egg.
All orders placed from November 20 to January 5 can be returned until January 9.
General information
- You have 15 days to make a return and 30 days to request an exchange.
- To proceed with an exchange, the item must be in impeccable condition, with no signs of use, and retain its original condition. It must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are sent after the 30 day deadline or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
- If you are returning items from different orders, please ensure you send them separately to avoid complications.
- In the case of discounted or discounted products, we accept both exchanges and returns. For exchanges, a refund will be made for the discounted price; if the product is no longer discounted, you will be required to pay the difference.
3 types of returns/exchanges
1. Exchanges: You have the option to return your order to exchange it for a different size. If you wish to change the colour, we recommend you manage it as a return and make a new purchase with the desired colour.
2. Returns: If you want to return the product, a refund is possible.
After receiving and verifying your return, please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be processed. The funds will be refunded to the original form of payment used for the purchase. You will also automatically receive an email confirmation for your records. The refund will be for the amount of the returned item(s), excluding all applicable shipping costs, as well as any additional fees, duties, taxes or customs costs.
3. Return for a Redeemable Cheque: If you prefer, you can return your order and receive a Redeemable Store Cheque that never expires. The redeemable shop cheque will be issued for the amount of the returned item(s), excluding the original shipping cost.

When will my return/exchange be processed?
Once we receive the tracking number of your package, we will be attentive to your return. Once our warehouse receives the package, we will proceed to the selected refund type.
The refund will be made in your original form of payment or in the form of a cheque to be spent in shop.

- We cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
- Pelier Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- By placing an order, you are acknowledging and agreeing to all international shipping terms by the carrier.
